Council Tool Co. Bosses Explain How They've Succeeded in Manufacturing


In recognition of Council Tool's 125th anniversary, Wayne Faulkner wrote the story "Council Tool Co. bosses explain how they've succeeded in manufacturing" for  The story was written after interviewing John Council, President, and his sisters Pickett Council, Vice President, and Margo Council, Sales Manager.

Council Tool was founded in 1886 and is owned by the fourth generation of Councils.  Their "claim to fame" is the manufacture of a line of axes, nearly half of which are for fire-fighting and law-enforcement uses.  For the complete story, click here.
